Az agykontrollról röviden:

Jelen írásomban szeretném röviden leírni az agykontroll lényegét, valamint a gyermekek számára gyakorolt hatását.

A két agyfélteke különböző területekért felel.

Iskolai vonatkozásban:

A bal agyfélteke (Gyermek nyelven Vilmos) területei a racionális témák, tárgyak, így a matematika, írás, olvasás, stb.

A jobb agyfélteke (Vili) pedig a mozgás, vizualitás, álmodozás, játék, mozgás, zene területeiért felel.


Az alvás és ébrenlét közötti, úgynevezett ALFA állapotban a két agyfélteke sokkal hatékonyabb és közvetlenebb kapcsolatban áll egymással. Ez a szint a relaxációs szint.

Az agykontroll lényege tulajdonképpen:

Hogy megtanítsa a gyermekeknek ennek a szintnek az elérését (nemcsak az esti elvalvás és reggeli ébredés előtt, hanem tudatosan)
